BOOKING, GENERAL INFORMATION, CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

Indemnity: All clients are required to sign on arrival.
Web pricing: Sample guide only.
Provisional Bookings: Held for 24 hours when issued with Enquiry Number.
Travel Agents: Voucher with IATA & VAT no’s faxed for bill back.
Corporate Clients: Signed order with vat number for invoicing.
Cash Booking: Require a non refundable 50% deposit.
Credit Card bookings: Require client details & on line deposit / full payment.
Check Communications: The onus is on you to confirm your reservation no.
Corporate Accounts: Payment by midday on last working day of month.
Travel & Booking Agents : Agents commission is additional to invoice @ 10%.
Cancellation No Show: Within 48 hours will be invoiced including meals.
Refunds:  30 days from Absa Bank proof of payment.
Confidentiality: Confidentiality and Privacy is part of our service.
Resident’s Cocktail Bar: This is in the dining room with most brands of spirits malt & wine. (This is a licensed Honesty Bar open 24 hours per day)
Breakfast: Cooked and served from 06:15 to 08:00. (Packed meals are available on advance request)
Dinner : Home cooked by prior arrangement – served at 18:30 Daily Monday to Friday but not on weekends. Certain restaurants operate on a bill back to the Lodge & menus are on the veranda.
Laundry: Provided Monday to Friday on request.
Credit Cards: American Express, Visa and Master Cards.
Parking: Safe, covered parking is available at the rear of the property in 52 Troupand Crescent.
Arrival: Before 18:00 unless prior arrangements are made.Phone if you will be late.
Departure: By 11:00. Concessions may be made for people catching late flights.
Right of Admission: Gay friendly, but right of admission is reserved for off street late enquiries and arrivals.
Price is per person: Not per room. Client visitors & friends must respect the lodge Rules & Regulations.
Souvenirs: Our Guest House does not accept or practice or subscribe to collectors habit of removing items for souvenirs. A case will be opened with the SAP.
Visitors: Client’s visitors are not insured and considered byother guests as a security risk, therefore they are not allowed in the rooms. Those found on the property will be asked to leave unless they sign an indemnity form, and the said visitor pays for anything consumed, damaged, broken, or taken on the premises.
